Registration

In an effort to be more eco-friendly, this year's registration will be entirely digital. To insure the integry of all sumbitted documents each school will be assigned a Team Identification Code that is unqiue to each specific school. In order to receive your school's TIC (Team Identification Code), you must first complete the Team Registration Form. Upon completion of the Team Registration Form you will receive an email containing both your school's TIC, as well as a link to Part 1 of the Team Roster Form.  Please Note that You cannot complete any of the other forms until the Team Registration Form is submitted and you receive your school's TIC.

 

The Team Roster Form is a form that includes two parts. Part 1 is a Google Sheets form, uqniue to your school, with spaces for all your players, their jersey numbers, their ages, and their status. You may edit Part 1 up until TBAPart 2 is to be submitted upon final submission of Part 1 of the Team Roster Form. Part 2 may be found in the link listed to the right.

 

Registration Fee (Will be changing for the upcoming year of 2017)

$15 per player for the first 25 players of each team registered

 

Submit payments via Venmo to @GMUVSA or Paypal to gmuvsa@gmail.com (@GmuVsa)Please select the "Send Money to Friend or Family" option when sending your payment and include your school's name, TIC, and "Turkey Bowl Fee" in the notes section. Upon receiving your payment, you will be notified. 

 

All forms (excluding Team Roster Form) are due no later than TBA at 11:59 pm. The Registration Fee is due no later than TBA.
